Seals the vacuum bag to the point where a core temperature measurement is carried out cleanly. As effectively prevents the inflow of air or water.
The big advantage over the finished pads: Cheap! At 1.5 cm long pieces for the band reaches about 266 measurements.
Application
Cut a small piece off the roll
Stick to the vacuum bag
Pierce through the seal pad with the sensor probe
Pull the probe needle
