M-Star Professional Meat Mincer
Full speed ahead! Professional commercial meat mincer made by Landig, in a robust stainless steel housing for all who prefer a bit more power.
The device is driven by a strong asynchronous induction motor, which is directly over the permanently lubricated gear sintered steel onto the shaft. Thus creating the 220 W powerful motor (230 V) up to 80 kg of meat per hour.
The M-Star is standard (4.5 mm and 8 - another also ordered) with quick release for easy cleaning and 2 perforated plates, a replacement blade, sausage filling funnel (2 cm), a round stainless steel feed tray and of course the pusher supplied.
