For all devices, that are max. 12 months old after date of purchase. Duration of the 5-year warranty from date of purchase.
Enter the serial number of your device when purchasing (located at the plug).
The warranty covers all electrical, moving parts such as the Vacuum pump, transformer, electronic card or switches.
Wear parts such as seals or glas-fibre tapes are exempt.
